You will receive information and offers at regular intervals via email and targeted advertising on social media to the email address and mobile phone number you have provided to us.
By signing up, you agree that photos and videos taken of you may be used commercially and publicly by third parties. Partners and Nordic Endurance Group
By registering, you authorise Beyond Gravel media crew to fly over you with a drone during the event. Drone flying takes place in accordance with the Danish Transport Authority's rules.
Postponement and cancellation
Beyond Gravel will at all times try to make decisions that favour the safety of the participants. Beyond Gravel cannot be held responsible for any cancellation as a result of recommendations from authorities or force majeure such as weather conditions that make it unjustifiable to hold the event. In such a situation, there will be no refund or compensation of entry fees and costs in connection with the event.
Reservation for errors and omissions
We make reservations for any errors and omissions in our descriptions of prices, terms and conditions and events, both online and in printed material. All information is published subject to change.
Personal data policy, privacy policy and GDPR
The event is owned and organised by Nordic Endurance Group ApS, which is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

We only collect information that is necessary to organise the event. Your personal data will be used to communicate with you before, during and after the event about the event and events of a similar nature organised by Nordic Endurance Group.
